DESCRIPTION

When we talk about crisis, it is financial crisis what first comes to our minds. However, “crisis” covers a wider field, even more if we talk about organizational crisis. Organizational crisis affects the whole company, and that is the reason why they should be treated in a very special way. Many executives resign of their functions when they find themselves in such a situation, while others stay in the company and outline changes. That is the reason why this module includes both, crisis and change concepts, as well as the steps which should be followed in an organizational crisis situation, including an example to have a better approximation of the theory to the real world.
