DESCRIPTION
The workshop aims to provide concepts, resources and tips about what to do and what not to comply with the Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD) and the Law Society services of information and electronic commerce (LSSI). It informs about the company’s obligations and provides a practical insight about the procedures it should implement, depending on the type of data to be treated (low, medium or high level). Various approved models of documents are offered which the company can adapt easily to its case. It focuses on making easy the compliance with two laws by the company, offering redommendations, tools,mechanisms and useful resources that facilitate its implementation.
