DESCRIPTION

Just as no one would jump into a pool with no water, no one should make a product without a previous analysis. The chances of success increase exponentially when we use analytical tools to study the probability of turning an idea into a profitable reality in business. There are two basic tools that help to assess the suitability of ideas and projects: Prototyping: it allows to test, improve and eventually develop them to turn them into viable business concepts. If only on paper, to make a prototype let us to try and improve the use of any kind of product or even service; Business Case: document detailing the most important aspects for the development of a project. It is the best way to analyze the implications of its implementation. Both tools are illustrated with case studies in order to make easier  the method application to real business situations.
