DESCRIPTION

Depending on the problem to solve, the organization can use different creativity techniques. If it’s about a technical problem, the TRIZ methodology could be the idea method; if the aim is to summarize or focus on a problem, mental maps can be very helpful; in case of an unmotivated team NLP might be a good option and if the purpose is to create something new, get inspired or find a suitable name, then the best method could be the random word. This module explores four techniques of creativity: Mind Maps, random word, neurolinguistic program and TRIZ. These techniques have been chosen as the most outstanding among more than 100 different techniques that can be found. The purpose of all of them is to improve some key aspect like: a technical problem, motivation problem or anyone else affecting organization. Case studies help to apply theoretical concepts acquired over the four chosen techniques and clarify  those points that need some examples to be more easily understood.
