The Caja de Burgos Foundation and "la Caixa" Foundation launch the 4th edition of the Innova Social program with our Innovation Competences with Design Thinking program

This is a hybrid program of competencies in innovation for the Third Sector where the methodologies of "Design Thinking" and "Design Sprint" will be used. These methodologies consist of an iterative process of challenge resolution based on discovery, ideation and experimentation. It also employs a variety of techniques to obtain innovative solutions, valuable insights and high performance for virtually any type of organizational or business challenge.

This hybrid program, which combines face-to-face sessions with online modules, aims to equip participants with the tools with which to solve a joint challenge for their organizations and, above all, to enable them to generate opportunities and develop innovation projects in a diverse range of environments.
