The concept of Innovation is not always applied to the product. Actually, this module would be an example of customers’ innovation. In other words, there are companies that create strategies with their customers in order to achieve a win-win relationship. Customers are not only something that you have, but also something that you must to take care of, as we are going to explain in this module.
