How can I access to the platform Factory ™ Innovation Institute’s modules?

The Innovation Factory ™ Institute’s modules are restricted to employees of companies that have got the platform for their employees’ training. In case that your company has done it and you have been designated to participate, you should have received an only and individual username and password to facilitate the access. If you think you should have them, but haven’t received them yet, please contact the Human Resources department in your company.

Should I change the access codes provided to me?

We recommend you the first time you access to the platform you change your password and use the one easier to be remembered for you. Although you can also change the username, we recommend keep your email address as you were provided.

I do not remember my access codes (username and / or password). How can I get them?

Access to the identification page for the entry to the platform. At the bottom of the dialogue box you will see the text "have you forgotten your username or password? "Click on this:" Yes, help me to enter” and fill in one of the two fields you are asked for. You will receive at once an email with the login details.

When I try to enter in the module I get a red text that says "Wrong data. Please try again”. Why does it happen?

This usually happens when you do not enter properly the information in the defined fields. Why can not I access to all the modules?

The platform contains 20 modules covering various aspects related to innovation and creativity. Each company decides which are the training  modules for their employees and chooses them for each profile. You can access to all those modules decided by your company. To know which modules you can access, go to the page 'Classroom'. If you see tittles in gray in the listing notes and which have a logo with a key, that means they are courses you can not access to . Each student can only access to the modules in blue color.

How long will I have access to Innovation Factory ™ Institute?

Each company, and according to its learning strategy with employees, decides how long it will allow the access to the platform. In any case, once registered, in the right column of your 'Classroom' you can see the time remaining for all modules.

How many times can I take the modules and self-assessments?

Courses are available during the period decided by your company and can be taken as often as desired. The number of self-assessments depends on your company decision and on its training strategy. If case of any doubt contact the trainer in your company.

Can I download a module and save it?

No. Due to the used technology, the modules can only be seen through the online viewer.

I cannot listen to the voice-over. What can I do?

Firstly we suggest that you check the configuration of your computer loudspeakers. If the problem persists we recommend that you raise the issue in the forum module and a technician will try to answer your questions.

I cannot watch a video. What can I do?

Firstly we suggest  you check the video settings of your computer. If the problem persists we recommend that you raise the issue in the forum module and a technician will try to answer your questions.

How can I know which modules I have already done and which not? Can I  know my grades?

To know your grades you must access to any of the modules for which you are authorized and enter in : 'My Grades' that you can find in the left bar.

What should I do if I had any questions about the modules’ contents?

Firstly, we recommend you contact other people who are taking the module with you. You can see the list of participants in the left sidebar of the module. In case of not getting a satisfactory answer, you can access to the forum of the module where a specialist will try to resolve your doubt as soon as possible.
